Velázquez painted his famous painting called Las Meninas. Picasso made 58 renditions of Velázquez painting but the certain rendition that I am focusing on is the Las Meninas (Infanta Margarita). This painting was made by Picasso in 1957. There are differences and there are similarities between the two paintings.
