Formal Business Letter
Good morning Erin,
I hope you are well. I am writing to you as I would like you to compose a short formal business letter
to Marlene Berry, managing director of ‘Clareville Estate’ (wedding and reception venue).
CBSA has worked with Marlene over the past 18 months and most recently developed a suite of
customer service documents for Clareville’s team members and clients.
Considering the above, I would like to send Marlene a follow-up letter thanking her for her continued
business and support.
I would like the business letter to specify the following key points:
●
Marlene is a valued and loyal client.
●
It has been a pleasure to provide Marlene with high quality customer service policies and
procedures.
●
We at CBSA are committed to developing businesses and delivering superior results
through impeccable research and customer service.
●
We look forward to working with Marlene in the future.
●
We thank Marlene for her ongoing business.
In order to compose the letter, you must download and adhere to the following CBSA organisational
policy/procedure documents as located on our Intranet:
●
CBSA Style Guide
●
CBSA Standard Business Letter Template.
For the purpose of the letter Marlene’s address and position title is as follows:
Marlene Berry
Managing Director
Clareville Estate.
2361 Old Bluestone Road, Peace Valley MN 3951.
After you have composed the letter, please save the letter on your PC/ laptop using the following
filename:
Clareville thank you letter v1.
Email the letter to me as I would like to read it and sign on behalf of CBSA. Therefore, reference me
as the sender and include my name and position title.
Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
Gavin Stead
